Returns and exchange product(s) can be traded within 8 days from the purchasing date. Please notice that the merchandise and the sales invoice must remain expired along with the price mark attached. Products acquired for sale are not exchangeable because of the variations between color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shooting, the actual color or appearance of the finished object that varies significantly from what is displayed on the frame, and it is not feasible to swap items for this purpose. The size or color of the component may differ as Replicas. We can not swap or repay any product(s) if there is some manufacturing defect(Damaged) with the obtained product(s).
Contact our Customer Support Center by emailing us photos of the faulty product at customercare@Fasionhoards.com or calling us within 7 days of order at + 923000080044. You would be given a swap for the same market value transaction until our staff tests the transaction.

Refunds :

We have a mechanism of ‘refund’ (excluding costs for delivery). However, in rare situations where the commodity is out of stock, refunds can be required. Refunds would be given on the same credit card which was used to buy the original. Cost of delivery and storage is non-refundable. Enable for two weeks to process the returns

Order Cancellation :

You can cancel your order at any time before processing the order. When the order is delivered, you should obtain a confirmation of delivery that includes tracking details by email. After shipping a package the ‘Return and Swap Scheme’ would apply. For whatever cause Fasionhoards can cancel orders. Typical explanations can include: the item is out of storage, the issuing financial company refuses the price mistakes, or the credit card charge.
